1. Information We Process

• Account information such as name, email address, sign-in method, and profile picture when available.
• Business information such as business name and type, language, currency, and monthly sales or profit targets.
• Financial information you enter, including transaction type (sale or expense), amount, category, date, customer or supplier/counterparty, payment method, notes, and receipt/attachment information or links when used.
• Authentication and session information required to secure account access.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to provide app functionality, store and manage transactions, generate dashboards, reports and statistics, manage authentication and accounts, and maintain the reliability and user experience of Ribhi.

3. Sign-In

Ribhi supports email/password sign-in and may offer Google sign-in. Information processed by an external sign-in provider is also subject to that provider's policies and terms.

4. Storage and Security

Ribhi connects to a backend service to store and retrieve account and transaction data required to operate the app. Secure device storage may also be used for authentication or session information. We use reasonable safeguards, but no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by service providers necessary to operate the app, infrastructure, or authentication, to the extent required to provide the service. The current reviewed version does not use advertising services or external advertising analytics tools.

6. Images, Receipts and Attachments

The app may allow you to select an image or attachment from your device for app features such as receipts where available.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain data as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet applicable operational and legal requirements. Some deleted transactions may be marked as deleted in our systems rather than immediately removed. To ask about deletion of account data or make a privacy request, contact us using the email below.

8. Children's Privacy

Ribhi is a business and financial transaction management app and is not directed to children. We do not intentionally target the collection of children's personal information.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features or data practices change. The latest revision date will be shown on this page.
